Becoming a new mom is so exciting—but it can also be isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming. You deserve quality expert care that’s as real as motherhood itself. Here at Holding Mom Postpartum, I focus on nurse led evidence based care that helps you feel confident, supported, and truly seen. My approach blends expert nurse education with holistic in-person 1:1 and community support, so you can relax and enjoy motherhood without trying to do it all alone.

Let me take care of you, so you can take care of your baby. When you choose to enroll in a 1:1 postpartum support package, YOU become my priority. Once baby gets here, I am yours! From feeding assessments, hands on education, and any care coordination needed, my job is to give you the proper postpartum care you deserve from an experienced nurse and lactation counselor. Together we will tackle all the things new motherhood and postpartum brings, together.

Prenatal Education & Local Workshops
Have no idea what you're doing? Not sure what information to trust when it comes to having a baby? That's where I come in. I offer local educational group workshops in Delaware to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to bring baby home. These workshops are rooted in community so you can start building your postpartum village while learning all you need to know about motherhood at the same time. If 1:1 learning is more your vibe, you can also choose to enroll in 1:1 prenatal education customized just for your needs.
